This sixth book in the Path of Life and Opportunity series continues the new way of thinking about living a wonderful life of Joy, both socially and professionally. The word “experidigm” is described in past books as the “future experience you visualize, design, build and evolve to even more experiences.” Just as a paradigm is a shift in thinking, an experidigm is a shift upward in new experience throwing off Joy to all experidigmers. Past experidigm books focused on how individuals related to their experidigms and received input from their group of connected experts while deflecting Turd Throwing bullies and Takers. Experidigming individuals are referred to as “I am…ers” who are free to explore their unique experidigms without being defined by Turd Throwing bullies who try to redefine “I am…ers” with “you are…” statements or worse. In this sixth book of the Path of Life and Opportunity series, I focus on how groups of “I am…ers” come to together as “We am…ers” to create their combined experidigms. Just as “I am…ers” are attacked by Turd Throwing “you are…” bullies and worse, “We am…ers” are attacked by Turd Throwing “we are…” groups. The approaches necessary to form and grow participation in “We am…” groups are the main topics of this book. Basically, by working with various “We am…” groups an “I am…er” grows MORE choices for his or her NEXT experidigm. “We am…” groups offer MORE perspectives, diversity, experidigms, and options to choose from to create the NEXT experidigm. Diversity is a result of how each “I am…” of the “We am…” uniquely interprets all the waves bombarding the environment on a constant basis.

Change flows from receiving, interpreting, and manipulating the energy and knowledge of infinite waves which shower the earth and individuals every day. The power of waves influence our resources, our choices, or our actions. Visible light waves give life to plants and impact all living and non-living chemicals and beings. Light waves are a small fraction of the infinite waves to which humans are exposed by the Infinite. Waves give energy and knowledge to both “I am…” and “We am…” for NEXT experidigms and MORE choices.

Groups and communities, unlike crowds, may share many individual and group experidigms, reaching MORE choices and MORE experidigms. The trick is to create and enable methods to communicate and actively engage and openly and freely collaborate on all levels of “We am…” experidigms. Learn how to collaborate and participate within group experidigms. Be free to enter, participate, and leave group “We am…s” as your “I am…” flows. If the group has no MORE for you, go to a new group. Reach higher levels of experidigms in groups and incorporate them in your ‘I am…” experidigms. I have always sought out different groups and have existed within them, learned from them, and flourished. Go ahead and learn how to participate in “We am…ness” while evolving “I am…ness.” Capture MORE. Create NEXT. Capture MORE again. Create NEXT again.

 Just as “I am...ness” can be intentionally redefined for bad purposes by “you are…ness,” group “We am…ness” can be closed off and defined by “We are…ness.” Learn how to participate in groups and maintain and grow “Amness.” We are all connected if we let the waves of “I am…”connection flow. How to deflect “you are…” and “we are…” bullies and Takers is discussed in past books of the series. For an understanding of the meaning of new and old terms, please refer to the glossary in the back of this book and past books.

Point to the NEXT experidigm and receive MORE choices from your connections and “We am…” groups, building MORE experidigms. NEXT, MORE, NEXT, MORE, NEXT, MORE repeats as the cycle of “Amness” creates and reaches higher and higher. Keep the creative experidigm cycle flowing.

Throughout the creation flow, let “Amness” deflect “areness” and allow “areness” to learn how to be “Amness,” both as an individual “I am…” and as part of a group “We am….” “Amness” is the flow of creation, joy, love, and forever life in all people. “Amness” flows more in each individual as each person flows with their experidigms. The NEXT and MORE experidigm is the interface for creativity and “Amness.” When the “I am…” stops experidigming and settles into stagnation or addiction, the “I am…” can become susceptible to a joyless life imprisoned in “areness” defined by others.

Life is NEXT and MORE. Get MORE with “We am….” Just be an experidigmer. Learn how to form groups, to participate in onboarding, to freely evolve, to survive and to share, to learn, to raise, and to build cooperative experidigms and economics.

A Story – Finding MORE

Nothing was going smoothly. Poor health. Poor economics. Poor learning. sHe tried everything sHe could think of doing. Fear and the need for security gripped sHe. sHe questioned why? Did sHe do something wrong? Was sHe bad or evil? sHe kept thinking, and the thinking just made life worse. sHe must be bad. Just then a group of tourists walked by laughing. sHe got up and followed the group, observing and listening:

“Let’s try this,” and some did.

‘Let’s try that,” and some did.

“What about here,” and some did that too.

Joy flowed from the tourist group as they tried this and that. They noticed sHe and asked sHe, “Would you like to join us? Would you like to try this and that with us?”

sHe joined them and tried many things with them. sHe smiled a lot, something she had a hard time doing by herself.

sHe met other groups along the way and experienced much more joy with each new experience. sHe learned. sHe tried new foods; sHe talked to new people; sHe played games; sHe joined a book club; she drank morning coffee with a discussion group. sHe opened up to accept more. sHe found more by participating in new groups.

Now, left alone, sHe began to feel free, to express, and to want to share.

sHe followed up with other groups and smiled more. Sometimes the groups were demanding and close minded, and sHe left those groups behind.

sHe thought sHe could do more with each group. sHe participated with new groups in some new experiences. sHe saw much more each time sHe participated. sHe felt alive. She looked forward to more. sHe knew there was always more with others.

sHe smiled. Others smiled with sHe. sHe longed for the next time to be with a group. More is not alone.

A Story – Appearances

There appears to be security in belonging to the status quo.

There appears to be wealth in taking from others.

There appears to be power in defining and controlling others.

There appears to be satisfaction in pride and controlling.

Appearances define “areness” and taking.

“Areness” enslaves free will and casts a dark shadow.

“Areness” defines others and builds walls to control others.

Creativity shines a light.

Love spreads the light.

“Amness” shines in the light.

“Amness” is a gift freely accepted, anytime, anywhere.

Travel to “Amness.”

Transition from shadow to light.

Receive joy.

Story: Finding MY MORE

New MORE can hit and impact your experience at any time and push a person’s mind forward, pointing upward. MORE is an additional new starting point for the action of integrating new to the existing experidigm. MORE is not addictively or stagnantly adding the same over and over, but MORE is newness of choice, infinite choice. MORE has hit me many times in life, and I expect MORE waves to keep hitting and crashing into me, enabling new NEXTs supplied by even MORE, enabling future NEXTs. Infinite MORE always feeds creative growth. An experidigm focuses the senses on receiving MORE, interpreting MORE and applying the MORE to future NEXT experidigms. MORE multiplies the senses and associated interpretations.

My first time at building a company was an exercise in MORE. We started with the notion that if we could give food manufacturing workers the right information, at the right time, they would do the right action. This was contrary to the prevailing industry thinking which practiced the stick approach – rules and discipline and punishment. Carrot rewards were used sparingly. My company would install sensors to deliver new information about the food process, so the food process could be made better. Sensors measured the precise flows, speeds, temperatures, colors, smell, size, shape, and many more food product characteristics as the food moved from processing machine (i.e. oven) to another process machine (i.e. freezer). The customers loved it and asked for MORE: more sensors, more information, and more decision models to make better...
