José Augusto Fontoura Costa
Professor of International Law at the Law School of the University of São Paulo, where he regularly offers courses on comparative law and international trade law. He is also a fellow from the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). Mr. Fontoura Costa is a qualified lawyer in Brazil and holds a Bachelor and a PhD in Laws from the University of São Paulo.

Marilda Rosado de Sá Ribeiro
Oil and Gas Law consultant at Lobo & de Rizzo Advogados and Professor of Private International Law at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Prof. Rosado holds a PhD in International Law from the University São Paulo and has accomplished post-doctoral studies at the Law School of the SciencesPo Paris. Her career in the oil and gas industry started at Petrobras in the 1970's, where she held various managing positions. She was also Superintendent of Licensing Promotion at the National Petroleum Agency.

Ely Caetano Xavier Junior
Professor of International Law and Conflict of Laws at the Federal Rural Uni-versity of Rio de Janeiro. He is also doctoral researcher at the Law School of Uni-versity of São Paulo and at the University of Geneva. Prof. Xavier Junior is a qualified lawyer in Brazil and holds a Bachelor and a Master of Laws from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro and a Master in International Laws from the University of London.

Vivian Daniele Rocha Gabriel
Researcher at the Center for Global Trade and Investment of the São Paulo School of Economics of Fundação Getulio Vargas. Ms. Gabriel is a qualified law-yer in Brazil, holds a Master of Laws from the University of São Paulo and is doc-toral researcher in the same institution.
